What we build
Industries we serve, and the operating problems we know cold
We are deliberately narrow. We work in industries where we have direct operating experience and decline projects where we don't. Below: where we go deep.

Where we don't go
We turn down work in industries we can't serve well
Defense and direct-to-consumer fintech are two examples — both are industries with specialized regulatory and operational dynamics that we have not invested deeply in. We refer those engagements to firms better positioned to serve them. The shortest path to a bad outcome is taking work outside your circle of competence.
